Sigma Age

The full policy below is what governs. This summary is here so you don't have to read it to know where we stand.
When you submit a form on our website, on Facebook or Instagram, or contact us by phone, text, or email, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, and any details you share about your household or the technology in your home.
If you become a customer, we also collect the information needed to schedule and complete a visit, including a service address, and records of the work performed.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, to schedule and deliver services you have requested, to send you the written report associated with a visit, and to follow up about your service. We may contact you by phone, text message, or email using the contact details you provide.
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about the service you asked about.
If you check the consent box on one of our forms, you are also agreeing that we may send those calls and texts using automated systems. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, or by telling us in any other reasonable way โ by phone, text, or email. We will honor that request promptly. Reply HELP for help.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We do not use your information to make decisions about your medical care, your insurance, or your eligibility for any benefit or program.
We use a small number of standard business tools โ such as email, scheduling, payment processing, and customer-record software โ that necessarily process your information on our behalf. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.
If you purchase a Sigma Age system, the system is designed so that information about daily routines is processed on a device located inside the home.
As currently designed, the system uses no cameras and no microphones, and records no images or audio. If that ever changes in a future version of the system, we will update this policy and notify existing customers before any such change takes effect.
What information leaves the home, if any, and who may view it, is defined in your customer agreement, which you review and sign before any installation. Where your signed customer agreement and this policy differ on the handling of information from an installed system, the customer agreement controls. You may request deletion of information associated with your account at any time.
If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc. transmits the information you entered to us. Meta's own handling of that information is governed by Meta's privacy policy, not this one.
We keep inquiry information for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We keep customer records for as long as needed to service your account and to meet our tax, accounting, and legal obligations, and then we delete them.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, including access controls and encrypted transmission of information submitted through our website and forms. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email founder@sigmaaging.com and we will act on your request.
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
